Pam

Pam was found wandering the streets like so many are.  She’s a confident and happy girl. She has lots of energy and would suit a home with plenty of walks, hiking or running.  As far as we know she has never lived in a house, but we’re sure, with some guidance, she would soon adapt.  Pam would benefit from more training to prevent her jumping up, she is exuberant and likes attention from her humans, so care with children to avoid them being knocked over would be needed.

Pam can be reactive towards some dogs.  She lived for over a year with a dog called Andrew and they got along famously.  Andrew was submissive to her.  Sadly Andrew died in July 2023, and we can’t find anyone else just yet that we feel confident to leave her with 24/7.  She has playtime with other dogs, but we don’t leave them together, unsupervised in a closed in environment, without supervision.  In a home environment, where her time with other dogs could be managed and observed, we think Pam could find another friend.

Pam is approximately 40lbs
