We’re very pleased to announce that you can now donate your Massy Points to Ocean Acres Animal Sanctuary, a new charity rewards incentive launched on the 5th February 2021. Donated Massy Points will be spent on the rescue dogs and cats in our care: on essential pet food, pet medication, goods and items. We’re a new 2020 non-profit organisation sheltering over 150+ animals; funded solely by donations, we need as much help and support as possible.
Who is Massy?

What is a Massy Card?
Massy Card Rewards programme is a loyalty system that offers cardholders the ability to earn Massy Points at participating partners. These Massy Points can later be converted into Rewards Cash and spent at partners or unconverted Massy Points can be transferred between cardholders and now they can be donated to Ocean Acres Animal Sanctuary. Wherever you see the EARN Massy Points stickers in supermarkets, home stores, gas stations, pharmacies, and more – just swipe to earn your Massy Points. Each Massy Point is worth $0.10 and every point counts!
Who can apply for a Massy Card?
Anyone over the age of 16 with an ID. So, if you reside in Barbados, you’re travelling on a work visa or here on vacation – you too can apply for a Massy Card and support Ocean Acres in donating your Massy Points. You can also use your card at overseas Massy Card partners regionally – so not just in Barbados.

- Call the Massy Card Centre at (246) 418-CARD from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday and 9am – 2pm on Sundays.
How To Donate Points To Ocean Acres
Once you’ve signed up for a Massy Card, there are various ways in which you can donate your points. Please see the 5 easy options below.
1. By Phone
Massy Card cardholders are able to make as many one-time donations of their Massy Points by calling the Massy Card Hotline on: 246-418-CARD (2273)
2. By The App
Install The Massy Card Loyalty App on your cell phone: from Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Login and click on the Donate Button and you’ll find ‘Ocean Acres Animal Sanctuary’ in the drop-down list of charity choices. Here you can make unlimited one-time donations.
3. By The Online Customer Portal
Login to your Massy Card Customer Portal. In the left sidebar, set Auto-Redeem to OFF where you’ll then see of choice of transfer options, click on the Donate Button at the bottom and you’ll find ‘Ocean Acres Animal Sanctuary’ in the drop-down list of charity choices. Here you can make unlimited one-time donations.
4. Auto-Transfer – Form
Massy Card cardholders can Auto-Transfer their points after their balance exceeds 100 points, or a greater limit specified by you. To setup the Auto-Transfer: download, complete and return the form below with copies of your ID and Massy Card. You can forward this by email to: loyalty.bb@massygroup.com or drop in the Massy Card drop box at your local Massy Stores. 5. Auto-Transfer – Online
Login to your Massy Card Customer Portal. In the left sidebar, set Auto-Redeem from OFF to ON, click the Set-Up Auto Transfer button, choose ‘Ocean Acres Animal Sanctuary’ in the drop-down list of charity choices, fill in the required information and click the Complete Setup button to confirm.
6. Donate Points On Purchase (using the print-out below)
Click to download and print the the file below, keep it in your purse or wallet, or save on your phone – show the cashier after you’ve finished your shopping, and ask that your points be donated to Ocean Acres Animal Sanctuary.
